3 You Say Yes, We Go to Print

Nothing goes to print until you confirm in writing. What gets approved is what gets made — same colours, same placement, same sizing. If the delivered bags do not match the approved proof, we reprint at our cost.

What if we do not have a ready artwork file?

Send us your logo, the event name, and any text you want on the bag. Our team will lay out a design and send you a proof to approve before production starts. There is no extra charge for basic layout work.

How long does production take? Our event is coming up soon.

Can we order fewer than 500 pieces?

The 500-piece minimum exists because print quality on custom orders drops significantly below that volume. If your event is smaller, we can discuss options, but we would rather be upfront than deliver something we are not happy with.

What is the difference between non-woven and cotton, practically speaking?

Non-woven bags are lighter, more affordable, and suitable for one-day events or large distributions. Cotton bags are thicker, washable, and hold up for months of daily use. Non-woven works well for large event giveaways. Cotton is the better choice when recipients are clients, partners, or staff.

How do we know the final bags will match what we approved?

We send a digital proof before any production begins and nothing goes to print until you confirm it in writing. If the delivered bags do not match the approved proof in any meaningful way, we will reprint at our cost.
