The 500-piece minimum exists because print quality on custom orders drops significantly below that volume. If your event is smaller, we can discuss options, but we would rather be upfront than deliver something we are not happy with.
Non-woven bags are lighter, more affordable, and suitable for one-day events or large distributions. Cotton bags are thicker, washable, and hold up for months of daily use. Non-woven works well for large event giveaways. Cotton is the better choice when recipients are clients, partners, or staff.
We send a digital proof before any production begins and nothing goes to print until you confirm it in writing. If the delivered bags do not match the approved proof in any meaningful way, we will reprint at our cost.
